Work Balance: hours in, reports out.
The billable work recording system: hours are charged by project and phase, and become the report that the client actually receives.

One backend, three surfaces: desktop, web, and mobile.
What changes for the business
Billable hours are no longer lost. They are recorded by project and phase as the work is being done, not reconstructed from memory at the end of the month.
The client report writes itself. The work done becomes the report the client receives; no one creates a spreadsheet.
You log in with your existing accounts. Microsoft Login ID avoids the need for a separate user directory and new passwords.
Desktop, web, and mobile on a single backend. The numbers are the same everywhere because there's only one source.
How it is built
What it does: consultants record hours per project and phase; the client has their own view of the work done, without hand-assembled reports.
Platform: Java 21 backend with Spring Boot and identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
Desktop and mobile: desktop client in Tauri and Rust (a native binary of a few megabytes) and mobile app in React Native.
Design discipline: each screen is built against an approved prototype and role-based navigation model, with no invented fields or simulated data.
