José Pinglo, Fractional CTO.
Systems engineer and MBA with 20+ years in enterprise IT, 9 of them focused on cloud. Fractional CTO at Buckler Professionals, based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Currently focused on cybersecurity as next specialization.
Background
I started Buckler in 2016 building custom software and SaaS products. Over the years the work grew into leading technology for client organizations: infrastructure, cloud migrations, security programs and digital transformation roadmaps.
Before moving to fractional work, I spent most of my career in corporate leadership across Latin America: I directed managed services for 60+ enterprise clients at Canvia, and led cloud service lines at Orión and Noventiq.
Today I work as a fractional CTO: the senior technology and security leadership an organization needs, part-time, with every hour reported.
What I'm building now
Alongside client work I design and run three AI-powered SaaS platforms — Weblox, AI Offices and WorkBalance — on AWS and GCP, with security-by-design.
I hold a Post-Degree Diploma in Emerging Technologies from Douglas College (2026).
Let's talk.
If your organization needs senior technology leadership, I'd be glad to hear about it.
