AI Offices: agents that act on real operations.
The agent platform behind Buckler: 22+ agents organised into squads that own a business function end to end. Not a chat window.

Direct subscriptions to Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek and MiniMax.
What it changes for the business
Work gets completed, not just answered. Agents act on the systems the company already runs — mail, calendar, files, tickets.
Capacity that does not require headcount. A squad owns a business function end to end, letting a small organisation carry the load of a much larger one.
No lock-in on a single AI vendor. Each task runs on the model that suits it; a price rise or an outage is a configuration change, not a migration.
Every action is attributable. Agents authenticate as the organisation, so what they did can be audited and their access revoked like any employee's.
How it's built
Architecture: 22+ agents on AWS with their own orchestration layer, organised into squads by function.
Three business functions: CTO as a Service (technology operations for client companies), Growth Partner (MaJandro's five-pillar framework inside Weblox) and Agents as a Service (agents dedicated to one client).
Models: direct subscriptions to Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek and MiniMax, routing each task to the model that suits it.
Technology: Python backend in Docker containers with CI and end-to-end tests; React frontend sharing Buckler's common packages.
Integrations: Microsoft 365 through Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace, authenticating as the organisation.
Technologies
What it is built with and what it connects to.
Let's talk.
If your organization needs senior technology leadership, I'd be glad to hear about it.
