WorkBalance: hours in, client reports out.
The system of record for billable work: hours are logged against projects and phases and turned into the report a client actually receives.

One backend, three surfaces: desktop, web and mobile.
What it changes for the business
Billable hours stop leaking. Time is logged against a project and a phase while the work happens, not reconstructed from memory at month end.
The client report writes itself. What was worked on becomes the report the client receives; nobody assembles a spreadsheet.
People sign in with the accounts they already have. Microsoft Entra ID means no separate user directory and no extra password.
Desktop, web and mobile on one backend. The numbers are the same everywhere because there is only one source.
How it's built
What it does: consultants log hours against a project and a phase; clients get their own view of what was worked on, without hand-built reports.
Platform: Java 21 and Spring Boot backend, with identity handled by Microsoft Entra ID.
Desktop and mobile: a Tauri and Rust desktop client (a native binary measured in megabytes) and a React Native mobile app.
Design discipline: every screen is built against an approved prototype and a role-based navigation model — no invented fields, no simulated data.
Technologies
What it is built with and what it connects to.
Let's talk.
If your organization needs senior technology leadership, I'd be glad to hear about it.
